emery used to be our little squirmy worm.
that's what we called her when she was a baby - she was always moving...
now she's still our worm - but turning into a little book worm...
this girl can read!
she's learning so much at school and has also been working through hooked on phonics at home.
it's so amazing to watch her learn and see her confidence grow.
at a family christmas gathering, she proudly went from person to person
to tell them about the "chapter" book she had just read.
i do hope her love of reading continues...
